Privacy notice

Last updated: [DECISION: date of approval]

Draft for review. This page has not yet been approved and is not final. Items in [square brackets] need a business decision.

This notice explains what information the WorkFrame website (workframe.co.uk) handles, and why. It describes how the site is actually built: it sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we are

The website is operated by WorkFrame, based in London, UK. [DECISION: legal name of the business and, if applicable, company number and registered address.] You can contact us through the contact page.

When you send us a message

If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. The message is delivered to us by email. [DECISION: how long enquiries are kept, e.g. 12 months.]

To protect the form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is being used by a person. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser for this purpose.

Website statistics

[DECISION: confirm once enabled.] We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites, and we only see aggregated figures.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages securely.

Live demos

The interactive demos use fictional sample data. Preferences such as light or dark mode, and progress you make in a demo, are stored only in your own browser (local storage). They are never sent to us, and you can clear them at any time through your browser settings. The Territory Map demo loads map images from OpenStreetMap and the Leaflet map library from jsDelivr.

Buying products

Products are sold through third-party marketplaces such as Etsy. When you buy there, the marketplace’s own privacy policy applies to your purchase and payment details. We do not receive your card details.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Contact us through the contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
